What if I can't get videos to play on my iPhone?

Make sure your iPhone is not currently in Low Power Mode.

To turn off Low Power Mode:

1 Navigate to your Settings and scroll down to Battery.

2 Click on Battery and then toggle Low Power Mode off.

3 Now return to the stream and refresh your browser.
